All advertisement copies are subject to the approval of the publisher. In the absence of contrary instructions, advertisers’ films and artwork (including digital artwork files) will be disposed of after a period of 12 months from the dates they last appeared in the publication. If a copy is not supplied in time for press, the last available copy will be inserted. The copy requirements specified above must be met by the advertiser. If not, any necessary work carried out by the publisher to meet such requirements will be invoiced to the advertiser. Where designs are produced for the advertiser by the publisher, the designs remain copyright of the publisher, and their use is restricted to the publication.
